SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery Service
Deliveries are usually between 1pm to 5pm or 7pm to 10pm, 3 to 5 days after order is confirmed, subject to stock availability. We will contact you to confirm the exact delivery slot via WhatsApp (Please provide your WhatsApp number in the order). We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of stock unavailability and rearrange for a new delivery date or discuss other feasible arrangements.
While we will strive to deliver within the timing as specified, if we are prevented or delayed in the performance of our deliveries due to forces not within our control, then we shall be excused performance or the punctual performance, as the case may be, of its said obligations and we shall not be liable to you (whether in damages or otherwise) for such non-performance or delay in performance.
All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 and above. We reserve the rights to request for a valid photo ID to verify the recipient’s age.
We reserve the rights to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or are physically abusive to any of our staff members.
We deliver in Singapore only.
Delivery is not available to locations with restricted access such as Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area), Airports and Seaports, military bases, immigration checkpoints, and offshore islands (Sentosa excepted). If you are ordering from these areas, you are to provide a location where the delivery personnel is able to drop off the order.
All deliveries must be sent to a specific accessible address, we do not send to locations such as beaches, parks etc.
In the event that there is no one available to receive the delivery, we may leave the order at a safe location of your choice, provided you give us written consent and the location is not one of the restricted places stated above. We will not be responsible for any loss/or damage of the order in such a case and the right to refunds or exchanges will be waived.
In the event that no one is contactable upon delivery, we will return the order to our warehouse and a delivery charge may be imposed for redelivery. Redelivery have to be arranged within 7 days. Any orders not delivered within that time period due to issues not caused by us will be forefeited.
Delivery is charged at SGD$12 for all orders below SGD$150, for orders above SGD$150, delivery is free. Any other applicable charges such as ERP charges for CBD areas and Sentosa entry fee may apply and is payable upon delivery.
You are advised to examine all products purchased upon delivery. Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately, after which we will not be liable for any issues caused by our products and any claims after this period will not be entertained.
