Tasting Notes

This wine offers medium-intensity aromas of white blossoms, reminiscent of honeysuckle, complemented by notes of pear and pear drops. There's a subtle hint of petrol and lanolin, evoking the texture of a sheepskin rug. On the palate, it boasts a high level of acidity and is off-dry, with just a touch of residual sweetness that pairs beautifully with spicy cuisine. The finish is of medium length, and the wine features a medium level of alcohol. With a medium-plus body, it benefits from a pleasing viscosity, akin to syrup and glycerol. Flavors of pear, yellow apple, and orange dominate, with hints of lemon curd, spices, a touch of petrol, and an unexpected but intriguing minerality. The overall balance is excellent.
