50% french 50% american oak barrel. Tawny colour of medium intensity. It stands out for its red fruit, prune & licorice scents wrapped in pastry, black pepper & vanilla hints from the oak barrel. Round, with pleasant structure, balanced acidity & elegant tannins giving fruit in liqueur hints in the aftertaste.
