RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and Modifications

 

• If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please notify us as soon as possible. For orders that have been processed, we might not be able to cancel or modify. A cancellation charge of 5% may be imposed in such situations.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

• Returns will only be accepted and refunds will only be given due to a valid reasons (ie. Corked wine, cracked bottles upon delivery or pickup). Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any such issue.

• We reserve the right to reject any returns if the reason for return is not caused by us.

• A cancellation charge of 5% or other relevant fees may be imposed in certain situations.
